Stretching your muscles keeps them flexible, strong, and healthy. More flexibility helps to maintain a healthy range of motion in the joints. Otherwise, the muscles get short and tight. 

If You Work On A Desk All Day…

Here are some ways to get some extra exercise in during your day:

  • Get up and take a walk  for a few minutes every 30-60 minutes
  • Take a water break at once or twice every 60 minutes
  • Walk to work
  • Park your car further away from your destination
  • Take the stairs whenever possible
