Sometimes trying something new can be scary… The fear of falling or failing is real but if we don’t give it a try… How can we know what we are capable of?

This scenario applies to anything and everything you can think of… Yoga, a job, career, new skill set, new business, following your dreams, and so on…

How often do you find yourself scared of the unknown or trying something new? 

Yoga has helped me become more playful, give new things a try and if I fall, I can try again.

So there I was excited about the possibilities and trying something new for the first time. I don’t know what I was expecting… probably to fall or to struggle but instead, I NAILED IT!
