Many people hold tension, stress, and tightness in their backs. I believe that is very important to move your body to help release aches and pains. Especially after long hours of sitting or standing.
One of the most common types of aches and pains is back pain. Whether is tension in your shoulders and upper back or stiffness and achiness in your low back, most people suffer from back pain (if not related to an injury) due to stress, poor posture, and weakness in their core.
