Rabbit Pose Variation

5-8 Breaths

Lift The Knees

Hold for 5-8 breaths or move to the next pose

Walk feet forward and stack shoulders over the hips

Hold for 5 breaths or move to the next pose

Lift one foot keeping the knee close to the chest

Hold for 5 breaths or move to the next pose

1 Leg Headstand Prep

Hold for 3 breaths on each side

Hold For 5-8 Breaths

Don't kick the legs up
