Before You Start:

1- Pick a clutter free area in your home or office 2- Pick a time of a day where you can commit to meditation  3- Disconnect from social media, phone, etc 4- Wear comfortable clothing 5- Set a timer so you can relax and stay focused

Prep Your Space

- Light some candles - Light some incense - Dim the lights or choose an area with lots of natural light - Make sure the temperature in the room is not too cold or hot - Choose a comfortable seated position (meditation cushion, chair, against a wall)
