- Fold over your legs - Bend the knees as needed - Hold for 5 breaths

- Bring knee forward - Square hips to the front of the mat - Option to fold over the leg - Hold for 5 breaths

- Inhale lift hips - Place Block under the back of the hips - Exhale rest on the block - Hold for 8 breaths

- Savasana with legs straight - Palms up and arms to the side - Relax your body - Hold for 3-5 minutes
