My Pilates classes are designed to increase strength and flexibility without adding bulk. We will work on the mat and/or reformer to target the “powerhouse”. The power house includes buttocks, abdomen, thighs and back muscles.
My Yoga classes are tailored to each individual needs and are designed build strength, quiet your mind, release stress and improve your over-all health!
